- 1 Egg
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1 x Tsp Baking powder
- 30ml Milk
- 2 Shots cold espresso
- 25g Mascarpone
- 1 Serving Cookie Butter
- 5ml Vanilla
- 5 g Coco powderMethod:
-Whisk the protein powder, egg, milk & baking powder together
-In a pan cook the pancakes 🥞
-Make the coffee & cool, then soak the pancakes.
-Make the Cookie Butter
portion (Follow pack) & whisk with the mascarpone & vanilla.
- Assemble in a dish or ring, dust with coco powder & chill in the fridge till needed.
